Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Enterprise Engagement Framework

These terms govern the use of the website and outline the foundational contractual principles under which THE TECHPULSE executes software engineering, SaaS provisioning, IT hardware procurement, and offshore team engagements.

2. Master Services Agreements (MSA) & SOWs

Specific deliverables, service level agreements (SLAs), warranty coverage, milestones, and intellectual property transfers are formalized through individual Statements of Work (SOW) executed between client entities and THE TECHPULSE.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Custom software codebases, bespoke schemas, and client-specific workflows developed under paid fixed or dedicated contracts are assigned to the client upon milestone settlement in accordance with executed agreements.

4. Governing Law

Corporate operations and service engagements are subject to the commercial jurisdiction of courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
